Refund Policy

Last updated: May 17, 2026

This policy explains how SNAPSOLVE handles subscription cancellations, billing mistakes, and refund review requests.

Quick summary

  • Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals, but the current paid period is generally not refunded.
  • If there is a duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or technical billing issue, our support team will review it.
  • Where applicable law requires a refund or cancellation right, we will honor that legal requirement.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid plans, subscriptions, add-on services, and digital products offered through SNAPSOLVE and related product surfaces.

If a separate order form, commercial agreement, app store rule, or checkout notice applies to a purchase, those terms may apply together with this policy.

2. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and generally does not refund the current paid billing period.

After cancellation, you may continue to access paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.

3. Refund eligibility

Digital services, beta access, subscriptions, and already-used service periods are generally non-refundable. We may review a refund or account credit request in situations such as:

  • A duplicate or accidental billing transaction
  • An incorrect amount charged
  • A technical issue that prevented access to the purchased feature
  • A refund or cancellation right required by applicable law

4. How to request a review

To request a refund review or billing correction, contact us at aminsoborr@gmail.com. Include your account email, payment date, amount, and a short explanation of the issue so we can investigate faster.

5. Processing time

We review eligible requests as quickly as practical. If a refund is approved, the time for funds to appear on your card or payment method depends on the payment provider and your bank.

6. Platform and third-party payments

If you paid through a third-party platform, app store, or billing provider, refunds may be handled under that platform's own rules and process.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version becomes effective when posted on this page.
